  • Your credit card statements will reference Galloup, the parent company of Process Hose & Equipment.


  • Process Hose & Equipment will ship orders placed online anywhere in the United States. We can also ship to Canada and other international destinations upon request. Contact us for more information.
  • If requested, freight costs can be billed to your freight account.
  • Materials are prepared and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays.
  • Lead times pesented on our site are based on small quantities.  Greater quantities, particularly of large diameter hose assemblies, might take longer. Our customer service team will contact you via phone or email to inform you of precise lead times if we cannot meet what's stated on the site.

Sales Tax

  • Sales tax for all orders is withheld automatically.  If your organization is tax exempt, you're responsible for ensuring that we have your exemption certificate(s) on file before placing an online order. To do this, send us a completed account setup form along with your tax exemption information. We are unable to refund sales tax after online order placement. 


  • All hose assemblies are made to order. They're non-cancellable and non-returnable once material has entered the fabrication process.
  • Loose items, such as adapters, gaskets, valves, etc can be returned with no restocking as long as the following conditions are met: Item returned has not been installed or used in any manner.  Boxed items must be returned in original packaging.  Item was not identified by us as a special order and non-returnable at the time of order placement/quotation.

  • Return freight costs are the customer’s responsibility.
